Purchasing questions

Ordering questions

How is this different from a folding window cake box?

This design has rigid paperboard walls and a separate window lid. A folding cake carton uses a different board and assembly structure. Choose by the retail presentation, product fit and packing method; food-contact suitability must be confirmed separately if relevant.

What is the starting order quantity for window-lid rigid gift box?

There is no fixed published MOQ for this design. Send the dimensions, quantity, insert requirements and finish. Availability, minimum order and sample route are confirmed after the construction review; do not use another product's MOQ as a promise for this format.

What should I send for an accurate quotation?

Send usable internal length, width and depth, window opening, border width, insert height and lid clearance, the order quantity, artwork status and delivery country. Tell us the intended use and target date so the sample route, board specification and production schedule can be reviewed.

Can I check a sample before production?

Ask about the available stock sample or a custom structural prototype. A sample should be checked with your actual product before approving the dieline and print. Sample charges, shipping and timing are confirmed in the quotation.
