What makes this a three-piece box rather than a standard lid-and-base box?

The lower base, raised inner neck and separate lid form three structural components. The neck guides the lid and creates the shoulder detail. A standard two-piece lid-and-base box does not have this raised third component, so the dieline, fit and quotation differ.
